At Peerless NG we are confident of the quality of our products, however if the product does not meet your expectations do not hesitate to contact us.
If your product arrives damaged or you were delivered the wrong product, we'll be happy to make an exchange or refund at no extra cost, as long as goods are in the same condition as when it was delivered. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email to email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
Please note that we will not be able to process refunds or exchanges for custom orders such as bridal shoes and fabrics. If you were delivered a wrong shoe size we will be happy to order another pair for you .
In the event that your order was delivered incomplete for any reason please inform us and we will do our best to ensure your order is completed.
• We can only offer an exchange of the same product in a different size or colour.
• Exchanges can take up to 3 days to be processed.
• Once an exchange has been approved it will be sent out to you at your expense (delivery rates apply)
• If we are unable to exchange the item we will email you with an explanation and offer a full refund minus the original delivery charge, paid to any Nigerian account provided by you.

• We will NOT be able to make refunds or exchanges if you are out of the 2 day return time. Some products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygienic reasons.
• Peerless NG will only bear shipping costs for returns/exchanges if products are damaged on delivery or if you were delivered the wrong product.
